If you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions of Use, you must immediately discontinue your access to the Mobile Application and your use of the services offered on the Mobile Application. Continued use of the Mobile Application will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, as may be amended from time to time.

We use a third party MobTech SDK service ( provided by Shanghai Youkun Information Technology Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "MobTech") to provide you with the [SMS verification code] function. In order to successfully implement this function, you need to authorize MobTech SDK to provide the corresponding service; after your authorization, MobTech will collect your relevant personal information. For details on the types of information collected by MobTech, its usage, rules for personal information protection and opt-out mechanism, please refer to the Privacy Policy (www.mob.com/about/policy) article on MobTech's website (www.mob.com).

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Application “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions, no part of the site and no Content or Marks may be copies, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

Use of the Application

As a condition of your use of this Service, you warrant that (i) all information supplied by you on this Service is true, accurate, current and complete, (ii) you are 13 years of age or older in order to contribute to our Website. Zectron does not knowingly collect the information of anyone under the age of 13.

Your use of this Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use this Service to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests.

We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this application and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.

As a condition to using Services, you are required to open an account with the Zectron and select a password and username, and to provide registration information. The registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your access to the Services, by either terminating your email access or your account. Any personal information that you provide to Zectron is governed by the Zectron Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are solely responsible for all activities resulting from the use of your password and conducted through your Zectron account.

The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby agree that we may communicate with you in a variety of ways, such as by e-mail, in-app push notices, or by posting notices and messages on the Website. You may unsubscribe from e-mail communications at any time by contacting us.

Additionally, you agree that you will not and will not assist or enable others to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Zectron. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Services:
(i))  to harass, abuse, or threaten any other person or to otherwise violate any other person’s legal rights;
(ii))  to violate any intellectual property rights of us or any third party;
(iii))  to upload or otherwise disseminate any computer viruses or other software that may damage the property of another;
(iv))  to commit any kind of fraud;
(v))  to engage in or create any unlawful gambling, sweepstakes or pyramid schemes;
(vi))  to publish or distribute any obscene or defamatory material;
(vii))  To publish or distribute any material that incites violence, hatred or discrimination towards any person, group, or community;
(viii))  To unlawfully gather information about others.

To report a suspected abuse of the Application or a breach of the Terms, please send written notice to Zectron: info@zectron.com.

If the Services are used in a manner that violates the Terms in any way, Zectron may at its sole discretion, but is not required to, suspend or terminate your account, disable your access to the Application and/or take any steps that it deems appropriate to address the situation.

The Application may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other sites or resources. Because Zectron has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Zectron is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Zectron shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW, NEITHER Zectron NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, CLAIM, LIABILITY, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, ANY FACTS OR OPINIONS APPEARING THEREON, OR THE SERVICES. Zectron SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) IN ANY WAY DUE TO, RESULTING FROM, OR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

YOU AND Zectron AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE OR LITIGATE ANY DISPUTE ARISING HEREUNDER WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT SEEK TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE HEARD AS A CLASS ACTION, A REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, A COLLECTIVE ACTION, A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR IN ANY PROCEEDING IN WHICH YOU ACT OR PROPOSE TO ACT IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT NO PROCEEDING WILL BE JOINED, CONSOLIDATED, OR COMBINED WITH ANOTHER PROCEEDING WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF Zectron AND ALL PARTIES TO ANY SUCH PROCEEDING. TO THE EXTENT THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS PROHIBITED OR FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, Zectron SOLE OBLIGATION TO YOU FOR DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO $100 USD.

Controlling Law

Our performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement limits our right to comply with law enforcement or other governmental or legal requests or requirements relating to your use of this Website or information provided to or gathered by us with respect to such use.

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remaining provisions in the Agreement shall continue in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zectron with respect to the subject matter of these Terms, and supersede and replace any other prior or contemporaneous agreements, or terms and conditions applicable to the subject matter of these Terms. These Terms create no third-party beneficiary rights.

Content published on this Application (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of Zectron and/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws.

Services “AS IS”

We strive to provide great Services, but there are certain things that we can't guarantee. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Zectron, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SERVICES. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". WE ALSO DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time to better reflect:
(a) changes to the law,
(b) new regulatory requirements, or
(c) improvements or enhancements made to our Services.

Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. If an update affects your use of the Services or your legal rights as a user of our Services, we’ll notify you prior to the update's effective date by sending an email to the email address associated with your account or via an in-product notification. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. If you don’t agree to the updates we make, please cancel your account immediately.
